Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

I had a little free time this weekend, so when I saw this recipe on Pinterest, I wanted to try it! I, who can only cook cereal and ramen noodles, made this. So if you're also slightly challenged in the cooking area, I promise you can handle this. :) Its a fruity, peanut buttery dip thats relatively healthy, great for parties, and only took about fifteen minutes! Simple and yummy!

1. Gather Ingredients

-1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
-6 tablespoons of plain yogurt
-2 tablespoons of any fruit jam
-1/4 cup of powdered sugar
-Fruit/veggies for dipping

(Makes 6-8 servings)

*The recipe calls for 1/2 cup of fruity yogurt, which I didn't have. Instead, I substituted blackberry jam to give it the same fruity taste. I was worried about it being overly sweet with the sugar and jam, but it definitely wasn't.

2. Put in a medium- sized mixing bowl.   3. Mix until smooth.

4. Move to a serving bowl and add some fresh fruit or veggies!
{Remember to keep it refrigerated!}
