The Best Peanut Butter Fudge You'll Ever Have

I know the holidays are winding down, but I promised myself I would share this recipe. Make it this year, or save it for next. 
Its just that good.

Every year around Christmas, my family expects fudge. And not just any fudge-- we're talking the BEST peanut butter fudge in the entire universe. My mom has mastered and perfected this art over the years, so I thought I would have her help me share all of the secret tricks of the trade::

+5oz Evaporated Milk
+1 cup creamy peanut butter
+1 tsp. vanilla
+1 1/2 sticks of butter
+1 small jar of marshmallow cream
+3 cups of sugar

Mix butter, sugar and evaporated milk in a saucepan until it reaches boiling point.  Never stop stirring!  Next, lower the temperature to a medium boil (medium bubbles while stirring)- and stir for a solid five minutes (set a timer, do not guess).  (This requires an acrobatic move)  :)  Remove from heat after the five minutes and quickly add marshmallow, peanut butter and vanilla.  Stir until completely mixed, then pour into a 13x9 pan.  (glass preferred)

Tip:  It works well to have a cup of hot water and a spatula ready for fast dipping of the marshmallow, and the peanut butter pre-measured as well

Refrigerate for one hour then cut into squares.  Fudge is better refrigerated.
